BEGINNINGS

Created OUT OF OUR OWN NECESSITY

Since 2017, we have helped business owners cut costs and enjoy the work ethic, accountability, and savviness of our remote team members. Our story is simple. We were drowning in administrative tasks and our employees were constantly overloaded with work. This not only lowered morale, but also accelerated turnover due to employee burnout and lack of enthusiasm. Workspark was founded with the belief that remote team members can not only be managed better than in-house employees, they also came at a fraction of the cost with an abundance of passion for what they do. We have built an extensive network of candidates over the past several years with some candidates staying with us since inception. Our goal is to provide our clients and candidates with the same long-term employment solutions that we have been rewarded.

Created for business owners by business owners

Workspark provides managed administrative team members who have experience working with American companies. These professionals come with years of experience and are trained on most administrative platforms used in the US, and also receive training on the ever changing AI tools that can enhance efficiency and organization in any company. They are also great at interfacing with clients and other US team members, enabling them to integrate with any US company looking to broaden their work force while eliminating significant cost.
